These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Roadash, a delivery-driver earnings tracker for recording trips, active time, extra pay, expenses, vehicles, customers, settings, and goals.
This document is intended to describe the current app behavior. Replace the contact placeholder before publishing this document in an app store, website, or production support channel.
Agreement to These Terms
By using Roadash, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Who We Are
Roadash is operated by RCFL Studio ("Roadash," "we," "us," or "our").

The App
Roadash helps delivery drivers and gig workers track work activity, estimate profitability, organize customers and vehicles, view reports, and manage local data backups.
Roadash is an independent tracking tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by delivery platforms, rideshare platforms, marketplaces, tax authorities, labor authorities, or payment providers unless expressly stated by us.
Local-First Data
Roadash stores core app data locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your own records and backups. If you delete the app, clear app data, lose your device, restore an older backup, or overwrite your database, your Roadash data may be lost.
Backup, export, restore, import, and sharing features are provided for convenience. You are responsible for choosing where exported files are stored or shared and for protecting those files.
No Financial, Tax, Legal, or Employment Advice
Roadash provides tracking, estimates, calculations, and reports for informational purposes only. Roadash does not provide financial, tax, legal, accounting, employment, labor, or insurance advice.
You are responsible for verifying your own earnings, expenses, mileage or distance, tax records, employment classification, minimum-wage rights, deductions, reimbursements, and platform statements. Consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
Estimates and Calculations
Roadash calculations may depend on information you enter, settings you configure, device sensors, location accuracy, platform data, exchange rates or currency choices, vehicle assumptions, and software logic. Estimates may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unsuitable for official filing or decision-making.
You agree not to rely on Roadash as the sole source of truth for tax filing, payroll disputes, reimbursement claims, legal claims, or other high-stakes decisions.
Location and Background Tracking
Roadash may use device location to track distance and timed trips. Location data can be affected by signal quality, permissions, battery settings, device settings, operating system limits, and app state.
You are responsible for using Roadash safely and lawfully. Do not interact with the app while driving or in any situation where doing so could distract you or violate the law.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use Roadash only for lawful purposes.
- Enter accurate information where accuracy matters to you.
- Keep your device, backups, and exported files secure.
- Respect the privacy and rights of customers, merchants, passengers, delivery recipients, and other people whose information you choose to record.
- Comply with applicable platform rules, local laws, tax obligations, employment obligations, and road safety laws.
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, modify, copy, resell, or redistribute Roadash except as allowed by applicable law or a separate written license.
- Use Roadash to collect or store information that you are not allowed to collect or store.
- Use Roadash in a way that interferes with the app, devices, networks, or third-party services.
- Misrepresent Roadash reports or exports as official records from a delivery platform, employer, tax authority, or government agency.
Third-Party Services
Roadash may rely on third-party services and platform features, including app stores, operating system services, location services, notifications, sharing tools, media access, diagnostics, and other apps you choose when importing, exporting, restoring, backing up, or sharing data.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, permissions, pricing, changes, or data practices.
Availability and Changes
Roadash may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may release updates to fix bugs, improve functionality, change compatibility, or address security issues. Some features may require specific devices, operating system versions, permissions, or app updates.
Intellectual Property
Roadash, including its name, design, software, interfaces, text, graphics, and other app materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Roadash to you.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Roadash for your personal or internal business tracking purposes.
Feedback
If you send feedback, ideas, bug reports, or suggestions, you grant us permission to use them without restriction or compensation to you.
Disclaimers
Roadash is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.
We do not warrant that Roadash will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or compatible with every device, platform, operating system, or workflow.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, lost data, business interruption, tax penalties, employment disputes, platform disputes, or other losses arising from or related to your use of Roadash.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Roadash will not exceed the amount you paid to use Roadash in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $50 if you paid nothing during that period.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of Roadash, your data, your exports or shared files, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
Termination
You may stop using Roadash at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to Roadash or future updates if you violate these Terms or if continued access would create legal, security, or operational risk.
App Store Terms
If you downloaded Roadash from an app store, your use may also be subject to that app store's terms. If these Terms conflict with mandatory app store terms, the app store terms control only to the extent required by that store.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where RCFL Studio is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your location require otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be identified by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of Roadash after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
